Tablet · Export for Jira (“the app”) is provided by Berry.Love (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the app does with your data. It is deliberately short because the app deliberately does very little with your data.

What the app does

Tablet lets you export Jira issues to Excel, PDF, and Word files from within your Jira Cloud site. When you run an export, the app reads the issues matched by your current Jira search, formats them into a file, and returns that file to you for download.

Where your data is processed

The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge, Atlassian’s serverless platform, inside Atlassian’s own infrastructure. Your Jira data is not sent to any server operated by Berry.Love or any third party. The app makes no external network calls. This is why the app qualifies for Atlassian’s Runs on Atlassian program.

What the app reads

Only the Jira issue data needed to fulfil an export you request, using the read:jira-work permission. The app reads issues you already have access to; it cannot see anything your own Jira account cannot.

What the app stores

Using Atlassian-hosted storage (storage:app), the app stores:

• Export templates you choose to save — a name, a file format, and the list of columns and header labels you configured. These contain field names and your chosen labels, not issue content. They persist until you delete them.
• Temporary export state — while an export runs, the app briefly stores the in-progress data and the generated file so it can be assembled and downloaded. Interactive export data is automatically deleted within 24 hours; scheduled-export files and working data are automatically deleted within 7 days.

The app does not build a separate profile of you, and does not persist your issue content beyond those retention periods.

What the app does not do

• No data is transmitted outside Atlassian.
• No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
• No selling or sharing of data with anyone.

Your control

Templates you create can be deleted at any time from within the app. Uninstalling the app removes its access to your Jira site.
